The 2015 Wedding; What's Trending NOW!

The 2015 Wedding; What's HOT now!

All brides and grooms are eager to express that they want an unique wedding, unlike any other. With this new year, and many 2015 wedding trends flying around, there is a strong sense among 2015 brides that they want their personality and individualism predominant on their wedding day, regardless of what is trending.

Adding a couple's unique personality to their ceremony and reception, is a sure way to make their day, "their own".

By encouraging clients to personalize as many aspects of their wedding day as possible, when guests arrive, they are sure to know exactly whose wedding they are attending. The details will showcase the individual bride and groom.  Those details should reflect who the couple is, their style and tastes.

Here are several 2015 noteworthy wedding trends, one or two that might be incorporated into your upcoming wedding.

THE LOOK

If you are a bride, longing for that Downton Abby look, then farm tables, rich with wooden textures and clean lines are for you; Crisp linen napkins, elegant china, and fresh garden floral complete your decor. Farm tables are often uncovered or simply adorned with a vintage lace cloth. Lush garlands get turned into runners and loosely styled floral and flower arrangements hang from above, mimicking a floral chandelier.

At the opposite corner of the inspiration board is a more sophisticated interpretation of romance. Brides who covet sleek style will gravitate toward clean color palettes with bold accents perhaps using the Pantone color for 2015; Marsala Red. Think of using varying shades of white or ivory with a burst of poppy red, or black-and-white with a punch of emerald green. Modern needn’t mean cold or minimalistic.

We will be seeing square dining tables, clear “ghost” chairs, geometric place settings, monogrammed napkins and sculptured floral arrangements help set a sophisticated tone for the evening.

CLASSIC ELEGANCE

Formal tablescapes, butler service, candelabras and other soft lighting, dramatic desserts, lavish fabrics and formal floral arrangements. The eclectic element comes into play when couples choose to take their formal affair outside for a twilight party; opt for a gilded evening with lots of glittering blush-gold touches; replace centerpieces with champagne towers; or surprise guests with a midnight arrival of an ice-cream truck parked curbside.

FLORAL

Top blooms for 2015, include English roses, peonies, hydrangeas, dahlias and ranunculus which continue to be go-to favorites among brides. These flowers are dramatic, romantic and they’re versatile, so they look perfect whether you’re planning a traditional wedding or a more relaxed event. Incorporating the farm-to-table tend, is also popular when considering floral for your wedding. Shop local, and use what is in season.
