Darcy McCormick and Tim Kennedy will be married at Camp WeCheMe on the beautiful lawn, overlooking Galena Creek, in the forest of the Sierra Nevada foothills. This serene and private location is the perfect place for those who want an unique wedding venue, once that is away from the City, with a forest feel. 

In 1980, Camp We Ch Me Lodge was constructed for the Campfire Girls, which has since been renovated and is available to the public as a community building. It's beautiful circular lawn, and amphitheater, are the perfect forest spot for a wedding ceremony. It will be here that Darcy and Tim become husband and wife.

Their dinner and dancing reception will be held at the Camp WeCheMe lodge, also located on the property in Galena Forest. The property also offers overnight accommodations for those family and guests who do not want to make the drive home, following the event.

It has been a pleasure working with Darcy, Tim, and Darcy's Mom, Kit. I have known Darcy, since she was a young girl, and it will be an honor to be with her and assist her on her wedding day.
